Wrong size, wrong glass, or a ship that dinged it — we remake it. That's the policy.

Walk in, mail the piece, or upload a photo if that's all you have.

We design it

Frame, mat, and glass — at the bench with samples, or on screen with the price in view.

We build it

Everything is cut and fitted here. You get updates; nothing sits in a warehouse elsewhere.

You take it home

Pick up free at the shop, or we ship. If it's wrong or damaged, we remake it.

The real thing

Some pieces have to come to us.

A diploma, a signed jersey, a glove, a textile someone stitched by hand — those aren't files. Bring them by, or pack them carefully and mail them. We'll open the box, photograph what arrived, and confirm the design before we cut.
